New Schmitz trailers are the key to growth for Microrent plc.

Microrent plc., the High Wycombe based IT, AV rental and event production company has recently added a Schmitz Mega articulated box trailer to their fleet of vehicles to cope with an increase in customer demand.

Jinny Lambert MD of Microrent plc. explains, “we needed additional trailers to keep pace with demand and also wanted to modernise our fleet. We’ve been running, so-called, step-frame box trailers which allow us to carry about 88m3 of equipment, but the market - and technology - has moved on and we want to keep pace”. “The new trailer has a flat floor, for ease of loading and can carry up to 100m3 of high value equipment, even given the height restrictions in many parts of Europe.”

Jinny Lambert continues,” we chose Schmitz for their build quality and of course value for money. The new trailer looks fantastic and is a welcome addition to our fleet of vehicles.”
